WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF QUOTING YOUR COMPANY ON AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE (AQSE)?

As the first Company to quote on London’s Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE), now part of the fast-expanding pan-European Aquis Exchange group, we were most impressed with the support we received from the Exchange’s executive team, who provided invaluable help and guidance throughout the entire flotation process.

The IPO itself represents a key milestone in the corporate development of British Honey and will enable the business to expand and diversify both organically and by strategic acquisitions.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF QUOTING YOUR COMPANY ON AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE (AQSE)?

Establishing a good wine business is cash-degenerative over a number of years whilst the vines grow and bottles are stored before sale. From starting the business to seeing any return on your investment can also take years. The establishment cost is initially high, and if you are growing fast you need access to further cash as the business grows. To do that credibly, you also need to demonstrate good financial disciplines. AQSE forces you to ensure that you get those disciplines ingrained in your company for your investors. It is low-cost and has been a good exchange for us it’s enabled us to grow.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF QUOTING YOUR COMPANY ON AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE (AQSE)?

Incanthera is delighted to have joined the AQSE Growth Market at such a historical time for both our company and the AQUIS Group itself.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF QUOTING YOUR COMPANY ON AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE (AQSE)?

Originally NMR was part of the Milk Marketing Board (MMB) but following deregulation, we have had a Plc status. The original shareholders were farmers who supplied MMB but now over 60 per cent of NMR shares are held by non-farmer investors. NMR needs a relatively low cost but efficient market. The demands for food security increase each year which means NMR is developing new testing protocols and innovative services for dairy farmers and we need access to new capital that AQSE can provide.

Sativa Group PLC

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF QUOTING YOUR COMPANY ON AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE (AQSE)?

Our decision to list on AQUIS Stock Exchange makes both strategic and commercial sense as the market has great access to funding and regulation that fits Sativa’s needs. NEX helps start-ups due to the flexibility it offers, along with low costs. Also, the fact that the AQSE Growth Market is an emerging market, matches Sativa Investments’ start-up nature and culture.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF QUOTING YOUR COMPANY ON AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE (AQSE)?

Joining AQSE gives stakeholders a market on which their shares can be traded more easily. It also provides advantages such as relief from inheritance tax by virtue of being quoted on a regulated exchange.
