WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF LISTING YOUR COMPANY ON NEX EXCHANGE?
There are three main benefits to being listed on the NEX Exchange. Firstly, Crossword has been able to raise significant equity from small cap and tech investors. In our last funding round we went out looking for £1m and ended up raising £2.16m from a mix of institutions and private investors.
Secondly, Crossword's target customers are medium to large commercial companies and they take comfort from knowing that we are a company with the board, the appropriate levels of governance and the transparency expected of a listed company. Thirdly, our current share and option holders are able to trade if they want to and new investors, whether private or institutions, who like Crossword's potential are able to buy shares quickly and easily.
