Belvedere Leisure Resorts plc is a recently-formed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Belvedere Leisure Park Limited (“BLP Ltd”). BLP Ltd is a holding company, established in 2015, that owns Barncrosh Farm, Bridge of Dee, Castle Douglas, Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland, DG7 1TX, and full planning permission (171800/FUL) is in place to install a lodge park resort comprising of 444 luxury holiday lodges with four-star central facilities and all other required facilities on 109 acres of land in South West Scotland. Belvedere Leisure Resorts plc’s bond will attract interest at a rate of 6.25 per cent, payable bi-annually in arrears, commencing 12 months from the issue of the first tranche.

BLP Ltd has successfully secured a 25 year management and marketing services contract with Landal GreenParks (“LGP”), a well-established and award winning holiday resort operator and destination brand who have over 90 locations across 9 countries in the UK and Europe. This is the first UK management arrangement in the UK and the first purpose built Landal GreenParks resort. LGP is part of Awaze – Europe’s leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business. Home to specialist self-catering brands such as Hoseasons, cottages.com, James Villas, Novasol and of course Landal GreenParks, the Company accommodates more than 8m holidaymakers each year and offers more than 110,000 places to stay in 36 countries.
