DJ Netalogue Technologies Plc Directorate Change

Netalogue Change of Board
Structure 12 December 2016
Dear Shareholder,
At the time of writing my last statement I had been at Netalogue for three
months and was in the midst of a thorough review of the company's strategy,
financial performance, organisational structure and growth potential.
Much of that initial focus was on reviewing the company's 'routes to market';
looking at how we can build upon the Company's exceptional customer base to
refresh existing relationships and forge new strategic alliances to extended
our capability and reach.
I have now concluded my strategic review and identified several areas which
will help us realise the growth potential of Netalogue whilst continuing to
deliver further class leading B2B functionality and business benefits to our
existing clients.
B2B commerce is an attractive but increasingly competitive digital sector,
catching the attention of many established enterprise technology brands and new
arrivals from the less (functionally) sophisticated B2C marketplace. Therefore,
an intensified technology focus driving enhanced levels of service, delivery
and functionality is the best route to achieving closer alliances with global
strategic partners who we believe will become pivotal to the next phase of
Netalogue's development.
With this backdrop, the board has determined that changes are required in the
senior leadership team to respond to the exciting market opportunities,
maintain our customer centric focus, while driving a strong technology vision
and platform roadmap. With the full support of the board I am therefore
pleased to announce the following changes:
Firstly, Andrew Robathan will move from the position of Development Director to
take on the role of Managing Director where he will assume control of a
strengthened technology team and refined 'go-to-market' strategy.
Secondly, Richard Condon will step down from the position of Managing Director
and transition to a Non-Executive Director where his significant B2B
e-commerce sector knowledge will continue to benefit Netalogue and enable him
to support Andrew and the team.
These organisational changes will both become effective immediately.
Myself and the other board members would like to take this opportunity to thank
Richard for his many years of hard work leading Netalogue in an executive
capacity and I look forward to working alongside him as a non-executive
director where he will help oversee the delivery of these new strategies and
the continued success of Netalogue.
