The Board of Netalogue Technologies plc (ISDX: NTLP) are delighted to announce 
the appointment of Nick Barley as Chairman effective 1st March 2016.  Barley 
succeeds Geoff Henderson who is retiring after eight years with Netalogue, the 
last four as Chairman. 
 
Commenting on his appointment, Nick Barley said: 
 
"I am excited to be joining the board of Netalogue and have watched with 
interest the strength of the company's technologies and its growing client 
base. 
 
I really admire and endorse Netalogue's consistent focus on putting the 
customer first, and will be committed to keeping us focussed on delighting 
customers through the continued development and delivery of our innovative 
Ecommerce platform.  It is an honour to become Chairman of this exciting 
company, and I look forward to helping the leadership of the company continue 
to deliver on its strategy for profitable growth." 
 
Commenting on Nick's appointment, Geoff Henderson said: 
 
"It has been  my privilege to have worked with  Netalogue these last eight 
 years. Netalogue has a world-leading B2B platform and is a business  with 
tremendous potential. As a board we were unanimous that Nick  was the right 
person to chair the Board for the next phase of its development.  I wish him 
and everyone at Netalogue every success in the future."

end it was clear to us that Nick was the best choice to take on the role of 
Chairman.   He has a very strong record in both managing and chairing IT based

The board would like to thank Geoff for his years of highly valued service to 
Netalogue and wish him well in his retirement. 
 
About Nick Barley: 
 
Nick Barley is a thirty-five year veteran of the IT industry having held board 
and leadership positions at Microsoft, Oracle, CA Technologies, Juniper 
Networks, and Hewlett Packard. 
 
In addition, he has held a number of non-executive roles at Social ICE, 
DriveTech, MHub, and Clarify, and is Founder of consulting specialist, 
outcomes, who advise SME's on Go-To-Market and Organisational development. 
Nick's experience spans European, US and Asia Pacific regions and he holds a BA 
Honours degree in Economics, an MSc in Economic & Regional Planning and is a 
Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
